What was the office of Jesus?

In chapter 6 of the Gospel of Mark it is said that Jesus was a carpenter or a carpenter's son. If the father was a carpenter, the usual thing was for the son to continue his trade. The social situation of a carpenter at that time in Israel is suspected to be medium-low. Something that is striking is that in the parables of Jesus and in his sayings or sentences there are no images of carpentry, what there are are images of the field. Thus, it gives the impression that Jesus could have been a peasant instead of a carpenter.
