Hatha Yoga and organic movement is a simple and dynamic series designed to tone and make the body more flexible in general, especially the spine and legs. Starting with full awareness of the alignment of your spine, through yoga postures and movement we dissolve the tensions that keep the body from its natural and intrinsic balance. The session ends with an opening space for conscious relaxation of the body.
