We can say, summarizing centuries of study, that the Apocryphal Gospels contribute practically nothing about the life of Jesus, but simply confirm aspects of it that we already know thanks to the Canonical Gospels. The Apocryphal Gospels are late works, therefore, they do not have any basic element to speak of Jesus that is not contained in the previous Gospels. The Apocryphal Gospels are inspired by the Sacred Gospels although their tone is much more legendary and fantastic.
