"What we do to others affects us all. When we begin to feel this, we can free ourselves from the false idea that the earth belongs to us and instead use our lives to benefit others" (Sharon Gannon, founder of Jivamukti yoga). We will begin this class with the chanting of the peace mantra dedicated to the Earth. In this class, we will focus on standing postures and balance, ending our practice with a guided meditation on interconnectedness.
