A special Jivamukti Yoga class designed by founder Sharon Gannon to harmonise and balance our energetic and emotional bodies. This class is based on the anatomy of the "subtle" body as outlined in yogic philosophy. Using postures, mantras and affirmations, we will move into a deeper understanding of our central energy channel, from the coccyx to the crown of the head, with a detailed immersion into each of the energy centres along this channel (chakras).
