Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

Meditation space of 15 minutes that consists of three phases: brief explanation, meditation and a space for consultations and answers. The meditations will be given by Yago Canalejas, Ruth Sanz, Patricia Saboya and Minerva Castillo.

According to the charity Mind: ❌ A third of adults and young people say their mental health has got much worse since March 2020 Data from the People at Work 2022 report makes it clear: ❌ Seven out of 10 workers experience stress at work at least once a week ❌ One in 7 employees feel stressed every day Scientific evidence shows that practicing Mindfulness helps you to: ✅ manage your stress ✅ improve your mental health ✅ bring you closer to happiness Getting the benefits that Mindfulness brings you depends on you, just practice with some frequency.

At the beginning it is recommended to practice in a group and meditate frequently for a few minutes so you can get used to it and also with the group you avoid laziness.

  • The classes are held by Zoom. If you don't have a free zoom account, you can create one HERE.
  • It is necessary that you find a space where you can be quiet.
