Meditation space of 15 minutes that consists of three phases: brief explanation, meditation and a space for consultations and answers. The meditations will be given by Yago Canalejas, Ruth Sanz, Patricia Saboya and Minerva Castillo.

At the beginning it is recommended to practice in a group and meditate frequently for a few minutes so you can get used to it and also with the group you avoid laziness.
