JUNTOS EN LA DISTANCIA of MBCT-Spain (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) was born with the emergence of the pandemic as a space to develop resilience and foster connection. It has established itself as a community of practice, where every week we explore key pillars of emotional well-being, based on the research and evidence of modern cognitive science and the teachings of the contemplative tradition. 

Meditating helps us to develop resilience, cope with stress, stay calm and focus on what is really important. Doing it in a group enhances its benefits, enriches learning and facilitates connection. You are welcome whatever your experience (including no experience).

Every Monday an MBCT-Spain facilitator will share the practice: Franca Lane, Iñaki Lorea, Carlos Pérez, Andrés Abad, Almudena de Andrés, Taravajra, Victoria Fontana, Estrella Fernandez and Héctor Encuentra.

To access the session:

  • You must click on the "Go to Event" button that is activated right at the start time of the class.
  • The classes are held by Zoom. If you don't have a free zoom account, you can create one from HERE.
  • It is necessary that you look for a space where you can be calm.
