Hour and 30 minute sessions that combine yoga postures, meditations, breathing techniques and mantra chanting to strengthen your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve your digestion, posture and much more, all while experiencing a sense of calm and relaxation.
Each class is unique, as we focus on a specific goal. For example, one day we may work on the nervous system, the lungs, or spiritual/emotional goals. No previous experience is required, nor are there any set levels. However, if you have any special conditions, such as pregnancy, recent surgery, or high blood pressure, it is important to let us know before the class begins so we can make any necessary adjustments.
