My name is María Fernanda Cortés, my spiritual name is Shakti Fateh Kaur, certified Kundalini Yoga teacher by KRI- Kundalini Research Institute - Yoga Level One - 2023, trained at Happy Yoga school in Bogotá-Colombia.
I live in the city of Bogota in Colombia and I am co-founder of the yoga clothing brand Shaktigracia.
Over the years I have practiced many styles of yoga, but when I started practicing Kundalini Yoga about 10 years ago I fell in love with this wonderful technology. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of energy, from your first class you will feel its effects, it is a yoga that opens, uncovers, heals, and allows you to go inward in a sweet and powerful way.
