Body: prayer mudra, I inhale in the front center and exhale in the heart Meditation: inhale and exhale only on the left side. I count internally 7 times. I can put mint scent to awaken left side -thinking. Active. You inhale only on the right side and exhale listening to a word: love, compassion, tolerance, calm, peace, harmony, relaxation. I can put lavender scent to wake up right side- the feeling Silence
