Types of tea: yellow tea
Description
It is the most unknown family of teas until today, they are a rarity that have as a characteristic a slight post-oxidation carried out by covering the leaves with fabrics when they are still warm after drying. This produces an enzymatic oxidation that gives the leaves and the liquor a very special yellow hue.
