Hatha Yoga and organic movement. Taking full attention to the respiratory process as a starting point, the proposal during this session is to observe the changes in shape that occur in the thoracic and abdominal cavities during yoga practice, the relationship that occurs in both body structures and his dialogue with static and moving postures. During the session we will perform a series of vinyasas (dynamic yoga postures), moving and static asanas, and the practice of some of the basic breathing techniques called pranayamas such as ventral breathing, complete breathing, fire breathing. Finishing the practice with a small meditative contemplation space focused on cultivating mental focus and concentration.
