Meditation, a path to mindfulness You cannot travel the path until you become the path itself. Buddha There is nothing more pleasurable than living life in full awareness of who we are and what we do. That enables us to make choices that go in the direction of solid and lasting happiness.

It is necessary to learn to distinguish between meditation and concentration. Concentration is a way of directing our experience or controlling it; however, meditation is the liberation from control, it is to stop guiding our experience. It is much more complicated to let go of control than we think. It takes a long road of learning to ask our mind to let go of control.
