Varicose vein oil

Description     More info

Learn how to make an oil based on the extract of the horse chestnut fruit to combat the effects of varicose veins, such as pain, swollen legs or itching.

We are going to prepare an oil to calm symptoms of varicose veins

The symptoms of varicose veins are usually: swollen legs, itchy legs, pain especially when we stop

When we stop late in the day that's when you usually feel those kinds of symptoms

We are going to prepare it with the plant par excellence for varicose veins, which is horse chestnut

For this we are going to take a tablespoon of the horse chestnut fruit

Luckily we have this already crushed and we would not have to crush it in the mortar and we are also going to add birch, the birch leaf that will help us is to drain varicose veins, that is to say, for those varicose veins that have fluid retention that often makes the process difficult

And for her we are going to add two tablespoons of birch leaves

We are going to add 150 milliliters of oil to this amount of plants that we have here

We can choose the oil that we like the most but I always recommend oil that is virgin and ecological

We cover and we are going to let it marinate for a month

It is important to shake a little like this every day, so that the oil is in good contact with the plants and as I said, we let it rest for a month and after a month we filter it with a cloth strainer

At that time it will be ready for application, the usual recommendation is to give a massage in ascending varicose veins, one daily
