We present you the initiation course to Ashtanga Mysore with Nita Miralles from El Reino de Nita. In this first session we present an introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We will learn the eight branches of Yoga, on and off the mat. We will be learning together and understanding sound breathing or Ujjaji breathing. We will also focus on muscle locking, binding and tying energetic locks together.
