We present you the introductory course to Ashtanga Mysore with Nita Miralles from El Reino de Nita. In this first session we present you an introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We are going to know the eight branches of Yoga, on the mat and off it. We are going to learn together and understand the breath with sound or Ujjaji breath. We will also focus on muscle locking, linking and tying energy locks together.
