Class 5: Pranayama

Description    

Throughout this class we are going to prepare the body with different postures so that the breath comes in a clearer, easier and more conscious way. We generate adequate spaces so that you can feel the Pranayama exercise with more intensity. The sessions that you have already been practicing lead us to a greater sensitivity of the body, to a greater knowledge of it. Greater openness and balance. The spaces that you have generated during the practice and the respiratory awareness in each of the postures, will lead you to a greater fluidity of the breath. In this way the Pranayama will be more effective resulting in a concentration and a state of calm that will lead you to you and your baby to a moment of deep tranquility and connection between the two.
