Pranayama Practice 2: Nadi Shodhana

Description

Nadi means "energy channel" and Shodhana means "to clean". This pranayama promotes the circulation of prana (or vital energy) through our nadis or energy channels. This technique is suitable for reducing stress and calming the mind and accumulated fatigue. It helps to harmonize the hemispheres of the brain, which are related to the logical and emotional part of our personality.
