This practice is a standard Yoga therapy session in which Lorena González will guide you through some of the benefits of the main asana groups. The objective of this sequence is to balance on a physical, mental and emotional level in a gentle way and adapted to all levels. Hatha Yoga is therapeutic in itself, one of its objectives being to keep the physical body in optimal health so that it does not pose an obstacle to achieving the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.
