I am Núria Anglarill, yoga teacher YTT 500h by Yoga Alliance. I am also specialized in pregnancy and postpartum yoga.
I started practicing yoga more than 14 years ago to complement my physical activity and it ended up being my best therapy to get out of a difficult moment of anxiety and depression. More than 5 years ago, I made a job change because I felt the need to help people feel better with the practice of yoga. So I started teaching the practice that helped me to heal and to be able to spread yoga to as many people as possible to make it as healthy a society as possible (physically and mentally).
I am a teacher who likes to personalize my classes as much as possible to my students. For me, the most important thing in the practice of yoga is to observe what your body needs in each moment and give it to you. A restorative practice is just as good as a more intense one. And be clear that we are all different and we do not have to reach the same goal either physically or mentally. And above all, do not compare yourself with the teacher or with anyone else.
