I am a piano teacher and a career pianist. In 2007 I received my first Yoga class and immediately knew it was what I was looking for, or perhaps what was looking for me.
Since then she has explored various styles such as Hatha from the Sivananda lineage, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan yoga of movement.
I trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yogatherapy, Meditation, Thai Massage and Pilates, styles that I now teach. I look for inspiration within myself, without sticking to any particular lineage, nourishing myself with everything I have learned and the constant illusion of what I have yet to learn.
