My name is Laura, I am a yoga teacher, therapist and wellness expert. Yoga came into my life 25 years ago and has become my passion and my vocation.
To train as a yoga teacher, personal experience, self practice and continuous training is important, that's why since I did my first formal training in 2016, I have continued training and studying:
- First level Hatha Yoga instructor at the International School of Yoga. Second level of Hatha Yoga teacher at the International School of Yoga. Specialized in restorative yoga at the International School of Yoga. Specialized in prenatal yoga and yoga for children at the University of Nebrija.
- Yoga teacher trainer at the University of Nebrija.
- Registered in the Yoga Alliance as a yoga teacher E-RYT 200 with YA DNI 368991.
- Level I and II of Akashic Records in Sana Nature. First, second and third degree of the Japanese Usui
- Japanese Usui system of natural healing with Reiki in Sana Nature.
- Metamorphic technique in the Mar de Luz center.
- Foot, manual, facial, auricular and trunk reflexology in Deusto Salud.
I spread the teaching of yoga in an easy way and adapted to all needs, my goal is to bring yoga to as many people as possible, so that in this way we love ourselves more and there is harmony among all.
