I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, and have been professionally teaching for more than twenty years.
The desire to continue training in new disciplines in the field of physical activity and health drove me to study and become certified in the Pilates method. This awakened a new passion: conscious movement and functional training.
This is how I became interested in Yoga, and in 2005, I decided to try my first Ashtanga class.
From that moment on, yoga became an essential part of my life, bringing me physical well-being and a lot of peace. It was then that I started taking classes with different teachers in various styles, and decided to train as a Yoga instructor.
I greatly appreciate everything my teachers have taught me, and the dedication and commitment they have shown in each of their sessions. That has been and continues to be a constant inspiration for me.
