I consider myself a seeker of myself for as long as I can remember. My first contact with Yoga came from my mother, who practiced it alone when I was just a teenager. At home there was always an old book about Yoga that only made me want to discover the greatness that, intuitively, I knew was hidden behind the word Yoga. I only have words of gratitude and respect for all those people and circumstances that at some point crossed my path, leaving a seed, a seed, so that Yoga was becoming a constant in my life. Yoga and its philosophy, totally inseparable for me, took shape and settled so deeply in my life that I decided to make a 180º turn. I left fashion and advertising aside to immerse myself fully in the study and practice of this ancient discipline. I am certified by the Yoga Alliance 500h.
My base is based on Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. Although the latter has helped me to know the biomechanics of the asanas in depth, I am currently fully immersed in other more dynamic styles of Yoga such as Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow. I also delve more and more into passive and meditative styles such as Yin Yoga and Restorative.
My whole trajectory is inspired by the deep love I feel for India and many places in Asia, which often leads me to travel through their lands and get to know more fully their history, philosophy and strong traditions. My beloved and great teacher Danilo Hernandez laid my yogic foundations. In my travels to India, Bali, Thailand, San Francisco, Amsterdam and many other places I received teachings from the magnetic Meghan Currie, Deepeka Metha, Sri Prem Babaji, Tara Judelle, Carlos Romero, Tina Nance, Usha and other wonderful teachers. I am currently based in Bali, preparing Yoga retreats.
My classes are based on learning to connect deeply with oneself, starting from a true awareness of everything that happens in the moment. I try to guide the practice towards an attitude of attention and self-listening that allows the student not only to reach a good understanding of the precision and technical details, but also to flow and deepen more and more in the feeling, turning the practice into a true meditation in action.
I continue a constant training with teachers who inspire me enormously, teachers to whom I will be eternally grateful for lighting a light on my own path of inner search.
