Morning routine: practice yoga every day wherever you are.

If every Sunday you think that on Monday you are going to start exercising but then you never manage to do it, the best thing to do is to prepare a daily routine. They say that it takes the human body 21 days to create a habit, be constant and listen to your body and you will see how soon you will not be able to live without devoting, even if it is only half an hour a day, to practising yoga.

There are many benefits of yoga and you don't need to travel to do the exercises. You can attend guided sessions from your own home thanks to online yoga classes.

Wake up early enough not to rush, take your time and enjoy the first moments of the morning. Breathe. Give yourself a few minutes to wake up and put on your best smile.

Make yourself a glass of water with half a freshly squeezed lemon, it will help cleanse your body and you will notice it on the outside.

Find a quiet place and choose the yoga session that best suits your conditions, there is nothing better to wake up than greeting the sun and giving thanks for the day to come. Practice yoga without rushing, this is not the time to watch the clock, dedicate a few minutes to yourself and make that time a quality time.

After your practice it is highly recommended that you eat a full breakfast. Remember that breakfast is the most important meal and should not be overlooked. Toast with avocado or toast with olive oil will give you energy to face the day. You can accompany them with green tea or freshly squeezed orange juice.

A good energising shower will finish preparing you for whatever the day has in store.
