First Edition Unity Yoga Fest

Do you want to spend a day outdoors connecting and expanding?

Next Saturday 30th April from 10am to 8pm at Masia Kaizen in Sant Andreu de Llavaneras (Barcelona), we will celebrate the Unity Yoga Fest, a yoga festival created by and for lovers of yoga, healthy and conscious life.

What will we do?

• Enjoy a revitalizing practice of asanas, pranayamas and meditation guided by Lorena Molinero, one of our teachers (click HERE to know more about Lorena).
• We will integrate all the energy activated during the practice, with live music and mantra chanting by the artists Joan Condal and Emanuel Nallin.
• In the afternoon we will continue with workshops: Chi kung, massages, Kundalini yoga, Gong bath, zen cooking, feng shui, dances, percussion and many more surprises.

We will also have the opportunity to nourish the body consciously thanks to the team of Daniel Duran (Bamboo kitchen & studio), tasting a 100% gluten free & plant based menu and a buffet of healthy desserts and a delicious tea.
