Christmas Meals: The healthiest menu with superfoods

Christmas is around the corner and with it countless lunches and dinners with those we love. It is a time for sharing, but we must not lose sight of taking care of our bodies if we do not want these days to take their toll on us. Eating healthy does not have to be incompatible with preparing a great meal that everyone will enjoy.

We would like to propose a menu made up of superfoods so that you can enjoy your diet in a more conscious way this festive season.

Wakame seaweed salad

Ingredients: wakame, avocado, raw spinach, beetroot, avocado, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, virgin olive oil, seeds and salt.

Shiitake paste

Ingredients: garlic, parsley, virgin olive oil, salt and the pasta you like.

Stir-fry everything except the parsley; add the pasta and add the green at the end, as much as you like as it is very aromatic. An easy, delicious pasta with a high nutritional value.
