Paschimothan Asana, posture of the head on the knees. With variations, hands behind the back. Half spinal twist, Ardha Mattyendrasana Hastha Padasana, variations of leg and arm stretching exercises. Lumbar and thoracic flexibility and ligaments. Savasana Final meditation with Gayatri Mantra.
