Every yoga practice should help us to develop compassion and, through compassion, dissolve the illusion of separation between us and all that exists. In this class we focus on connection and the heart through the postures of back extensions and chest openings. At the beginning of the class we will chant a mantra dedicated to Krishna, the symbol of love, and end with a guided meditation on unconditional love.
