We propose a practice to balance prana and apana, what nourishes us and what we must let go of the cycle of life. What emotions have remained blocked in our body? Did they flow with life? Become aware.

How many things life brings us sometimes that we don't know where to place them or how to do it

The truth is that things are coming, experiences come

If we don't let them out, they can stagnate in us, if they stagnate in us they can become toxic, on a physical level, on an emotional level, disproportionate reactions, sadness, stress, all those things that we deal with in the meditations on conscious television

It's very important to to do it on the physical and emotional level, that the foods do their function and that what has to go, goes

In today's meditation, we will be especially attentive not to keep anything that does not need to be kept, to let everything flow in us on an emotional level, on a physical level

To change, to transform ourselves, to improve

Today in our body transformation, in our body change

we will do a practice balancing, balancing prana and apana, that which nourishes us and that which we must let go of, the cycle of life

As you can see I am sitting in diamond or rock posture, you know the settings

to be comfortable and with the back well stretched

Let's do a solo breath through the nose, hands are fisted with the thumbs inside

and we are going to move the arms backwards as if it were a windmill

When the fists go down I exhale, when they go upward inhale, make your breath to accommodate to the movement and move the intercostal muscles, the shoulders, the back, the spine, and when the you feel comfortable in the posture close your eyes and let yourself flow, let everything flow in you

Big circles with your arms

This posture helps you to digest

Inhale, raise both arms to the sky, open the palms of your hands, spread your fingers apart, stretch upward as far as you can, touch the sky with your fingertips

Hold the air inside

Exhale and release everything you no longer need, let your exhalation cleanse you, empty you for the new to come in

You inhale deeply, you exhale smiling

Well, since our body is active, it's awake

now let's work our mind, to program it to discard and release all that is not needs and hinders its growth

Fill yourself with air, with prana, open your knees, your legs in a "V" shape, you exhale and as if in front of you there was a big lake of crystal clear water you are going to make a circular motion with your arms and hands collecting that water

We inhale and exhale carrying it behind our back

Begin with a soft, conscious movement, visualize that water, take it in your hands and release it behind you

You fill yourself, you nourish yourself with that water

and you release it when you don't need it

We start

Visualize what you don't want and take it to your back, take it to your past

Increase the rhythm progressively

Clear your future

Inhale, arms to the sky again

Fill yourself totally, deeply, tense your arms, activate them, stretch the palms of your arms, stretch the palms of your hands

Hold your breath and exhale, you lower your arms, you feel in your hands the air that you travel in slow motion

Move very slowly, conscious of every part of your body

Perceive your future clear in your past what you don't need

You sit slowly in the posture you are most comfortable, most comfortable to meditate in silence

Connect with your being

Observe your breath

Slowly lengthen the interval between inspiration and expiration

Let yourself go

Let go

Go back, I want you to go back to your kingdom, your way

the way you want it that you return to this place, that you become aware from space

Today the proposal is to be attentive to all those emotions that may be stuck in us, but that are still stuck in us and that perhaps have become a toxin, into a toxin

Also in my body, do I eliminate well the things that come in, what am I like? Am I one of those who keep, Am I one of those who let go, who flow with life? Write it down in your personal workbook

Become aware, go further, awareness is a good place to start

to eliminate what has to go
