The Milk Thistle is the most famous of all thistles and has a large number of medicinal properties. The part that is used are the seeds inside the thistle as they have bitter principles that serve as liver cleansers, they are used for cleansing cures, or to treat liver infections such as cirrhosis or hepatitis.
