Bramble

The bramble is a plant with multiple properties, shoots are usually collected from it in spring. It offers us a high amount of minerals and also has tannins, which makes it an astringent plant. It is of great help for short diarrhea, to heal wounds and for hemorrhoids or varicose veins problems. In summer it has some fruits called blackberries that are very antioxidant.
