A new student of Yoga will always ask... How much should I practise? or... how many days a week? The correct answer is as many days as you can. Your Yoga practice should be as much a part of your daily routine as eating or brushing your teeth. The more often you practice, the more you will feel the benefits. Another common question is... What time of day is the best time to practice Yoga? The correct answer is early in the morning, before breakfast, when the sun rises, after a time of meditation. But the reality is that not everyone can do it. Like the frequency of practice, the time of day depends on the student. Complications fill our daily routine. But it is important to practice, if not possible in the morning, then in the afternoon. If not every day, then as many days as possible.
